The latest software update delayed due to coronavirus outbreak
Vivo had launched V17 Pro smartphone in India in September 2019 with Android 9.0 (Pie) operating system based on Funtouch OS 9.1. Now the Vivo V17 Pro users have been waiting for the Funtouch OS 10 based Android 10 Update for their device. Vivo initially planned to begin beta rollout in February 2020, but now the company has mentioned that the update for Funtouch OS 10 was delayed due to the outbreak of Coronavirus in China. Hence, the company is constantly working on rolling out the software update in the first half of 2020.
According to the latest report, Vivo India will soon be releasing its latest Funtouch OS 10 based on Android 10 in India. Recently, Vivo India has also tweeted that the Research and Development team of the company is constantly working on its latest software update. We expect Vivo V17 Pro users will be the first in the queue to get this new software update.
The Vivo V17 Pro which was launched last year is currently under test with the Funtouch OS 10 custom skin which is based on Android 10 OS.
