Well, yesterday we saw OnePlus Nord bagging the first OxygenOS 11 Open Beta and with that, there is a new possibility. Users can now sideload a version of OnePlus dialer that supports automatic call recording.

This applies to other OnePlus devices that are running various versions of OxygenOS 11, and along with a built-in call recorder, users can choose to have their OnePlus devices do this automatically.
